Added Tax Opt-out Function
Employees that are not compelled to pay tax, the admin can unchecked inside ePayroll solution > User Detail > Statutory Details > Tax Opt Out.
This will result in no tax calculation for this certain employee during the monthly payroll run.

Additional step for reconfirmation
Added step 2 (shown in the image below) to prompt/reconfirm if the supervisor or admin would like to approve or reject the leave or claim.
