Launch of Juztalent

From April 1 onwards, the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) Employment Act stipulates that all employers are required to issue itemized employee pay slips. In accordance with this new regulation, AYP Group, a leading human resources (HR) firm in Asia, has developed ‘JuzTalent’, which is a SaaS online HR software that streamlines payroll, leave and time management. Above all, the entire e-solutions are encompassed in one productivity-boosting system, making the once mundane and cumbersome HR tasks to be managed and automated in mere minutes at the moment.

In addition, the ePayroll software greatly aids SMEs in payroll administration. As such, ePayroll is eligible for the Productivity and Innovation Credit Scheme (PIC), a  2016 budget that includes a range of measures to support SMEs through the downturn in Singapore’s economy. Notably, there will be an SME Working Capital Loan scheme for loans. With these schemes, SMEs can now invest in a software that allows them to increase their productivity.

Annie Yap, CEO of AYP Group mentioned that, “SMEs can effectively tap into the new LED scheme to grow the Singaporean core workforce.” One of the key aspects of SMEs is manpower, and many SMEs streamline their manpower to be cost effective. Hence, a lean team is able to significantly boost productivity rates. Additionally, monthly time-saving from processing employee payrolls can further add productivity. Employees may now focus on other strategic goals or revenue-generating activities instead.
